Aims & Scope

Nanofabrication (ISSN: 2299-680X) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that provides a platform for cutting-edge research at the intersection of nanoscience and engineering. The journal is dedicated to advancing fundamental understanding and applied innovations in nanoscale materials, devices, and fabrication techniques.

We welcome contributions from multidisciplinary researchers working across academia, industry, and applied science fields. Submissions that address real-world applications and contribute to global sustainability efforts are particularly encouraged.

Nanofabrication supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), especially:

Key areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

Nanofabrication Methods
– Nanolithography (e-beam, nanoimprint, soft lithography)
– Top-down and bottom-up techniques
– 2D and 3D nanostructure fabrication

Materials and Devices
– Nanomaterials and nanostructures
– Hybrid materials (organic/inorganic)
– Thin films, membranes, MOFs, coatings

Synthesis and Mechanisms
– Chemical processes at the nanoscale
– Manufacturing of nanoscale and nanostructured materials

Applications
– Biomedical, aerospace, environmental, automotive, and energy systems

By fostering innovation at the science-engineering interface, Nanofabrication aims to become a trusted and high-impact forum for publishing in this rapidly evolving and interdisciplinary domain.
