The Localization of Integration of Harmony Category and Person Category

Abstract

Since Matteo Ricci has entered China for missionary, systematic exchange and dialogue began and continued today, ZHANG Chunshen is a representative theologian in the meanwhile, he inherited and developed Ricci’s approach of localization. He established his own way that is to supplement Person Category with Harmony Category, and explored Chinese Catholic meditation spirituality. So this article tries to analysis the ZHANG’s syncretic approach between Person category and Harmony category under localization perspective, and introduces the Chinese Catholic meditation spirituality, and explores ZHANG’s contribution to localization.
